Pour into a heavy tumbler. Add the cube if you want the edges rounded off, skip it if you want every bit of the oak. Give it two minutes in the glass before the first sip.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Brandy first, cola second, poured slowly down the side. Stir once. The lime is for people who like lime.
